We love working together.
We are located in Melbourne, Sydney, the Gold Coast, Perth and Thailand. We all work from home most days, so when you talk with us, if you’re lucky you’ll hear kids and dogs in the background.
The Melbourne-based team members gather in our Northcote campus each Tuesday where we share a homemade lunch and work side by side.
The whole team meets in Melbourne once each quarter to share, plan and enjoy each other’s company.

I have competed in State/National Swimming, Water Polo, Netball and Equestrian. I have also competed in a variety of disciplines including Triathlons and tetrathlons (Run, Swim, Horse ride and Shoot).
I love Pilates (obviously) and practice Yoga daily.
I do a mixture of Pilates, Yoga, Walking and Gym sessions to maintain a balance. I try to find 1-2 hours per day for movement. Movement keeps me balanced and is something I can't live without.
I love to share my passion of the human body and what It Is capable of. To break down the barriers of limiting beliefs. I believe so many of us underestimate our capacity. I love to see when clients/students achieve something they never thought was possible. I am an ambassador for Breathes values or Fearless, Thoughtless and Painless movement and believe passionately that it is my responsibility to inspire these in others.
When I was 23 years old I suffered a Stoke and lost the use of my left side motor control - arm, leg and even face. This has been my greatest movement teacher - greatest teacher full stop. It helped me understand so much of what we can achieve and that 99% of the battle is won in the mind. I am Inspired to bring this experience and knowledge to my clients/students and show them that anything is possible is they apply the right beliefs and dedicated practice. I am Inspired to empowered them to take control of their own experience, bodies and mind. I see my job as one of facilitation not dictation and that is what creates longevity and real change for the client/student so that they can be independent and achieve. Watching this transformation and ownership continually inspires.
I enjoy the fun and energy of delivering a group class. I feel great satisfaction helping those in chronic pain and Injury rehab.
I am constantly intrigued, inspired and mentally challenged by the world of pain science and its impact on Pilates and the wider health community. To pick one Interest would be impossible as I feel the variety is what keeps me fresh and Inspired as a teacher.
I do however have a very keen Interest in the area of Positive Psychology (not mentioned above but something we teach) and how it drastically affects the outcome and success for my clients/students.
