We are located in Melbourne, Sydney, the Gold Coast, Perth and Thailand. We all work from home most days, so when you talk with us, if you’re lucky you’ll hear kids and dogs in the background.
The Melbourne-based team members gather in our Northcote campus each Tuesday where we share a homemade lunch and work side by side.
The whole team meets in Melbourne once each quarter to share, plan and enjoy each other’s company.

My own movement practice includes Pilates, Yoga, Walking and Gym sessions to maintain a balance. I try and find 1-2 hours a day for movement.
I have a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Food Science), Certificate IV in Pilates, Diploma of Clinical Pilates, STOTT PILATES full certification and Polestar Studio Series Certification.
My own movement practice includes HIIT training, yoga, Contrology, and daily practice on my Wunda Chair.

I love sharing what I've learned of the Matwork and Reformer repertoire as well as all the apparatus in the Studio Equipment. I believe Pilates and movement comes in many shapes and forms, just like people do.
